This Tam O' Shanter is based on the old military issue which has seen many years of service.We have updated the pattern for modern use and have produced a top quality distinctive Scottish Headress which can be worn with pride. The TOS is made from Melton Wool, it is fully lined ,and comes with a torrie and sewn bow or tails. This TOS is hand tailored in Scotland to your size and specification. It includes a Regimental Cap Badge of your choice,this is mounted  onto the regimental tartan badge backing patch.   If  you prefer to  have your own clan tartan ,  we will provide a Thistle Badge or Siver Bullion Saltire Badge. mounted on your choice of tartan(if available) We can supply a  Regimental Hackle at additional cost of £3.00(Normal Price £4.50)

We have some others in stock which are slightly darker but should be OK when washed a few times these are available new @£15.00 whilst stock lasts. We have now sourced new supplier for wool. Irish  Caubeen.  Based on the traditional bonnet of the fighting Irish Soldier. This style has been upgraded by the addition of a toorie ,black ribbon tail bow, and a top quality Irish Harp Badge. The badge is manufactured in gold bullion wire either on green background without crown, or on red background with crown. The badge can be mounted on a Irish County Tartan or plain black backing. . Caubeens are all Hand tailored in top quality melton wool and fully lined .Available in Rifle Green/Black /Irish Grey      Hackles are available in Black or Green extra charge.

We use pure melton wool. The TOS    is complete with full lining, Torrie, and back ribbon tails. It is available in Confederate Grey or Dark Blue
